THESE ARE THE STEPS WE’RE TAKING TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR TEAM AND GUESTS

HEALTH & SAFETY

We have always had the highest standards to ensure cleanliness throughout our bars. All areas, doors, chairs, card machines are disinfected after every use, with every table fully sanitised between bookings. All our Taprooms will receive a full deep clean during closed periods. Hand sanitiser will be at all entrances and exits for everyone’s use.

STAFF & TRAINING

All our staff undertake bespoke Covid-19 related training, in-depth risk assessment training, and health and safety refreshers regularly. Our teams will be wearing PPE and we are continuing to support those members who are more vulnerable.

BOOKING A TABLE

You can check availability and book a table through our app.

Alternatively, you can book through our Taproom pages, we no longer have a limit on party size. You can book a 2-hour time slot to enjoy food or just drinks.

Kids are welcome until 8pm, dogs are also welcome, but we kindly ask you to keep them on the lead and at your table with you.

We are welcoming bookings and walk-ins however we recommend you book in advance to guarantee a space. We will need the contact details of the party in line with our Track & Trace system.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR BOOKING

Please check with your party to ensure you’re all feeling well and healthy, should any of you have any symptoms please stay home and contact us to let us know.

If there is a queue, please make the host aware you have a booking. When appropriate our host will greet you and take you to your table.

The quickest way to order and pay is through our app however you can now order at our bar

All menus can be accessed from our app and you can order and pay while seated at your table. This all helps us to keep you safe during your visit. You can download our app in advance of your visit.

For those not making payment through our app - please be ready to pay for your order with a card – we are unable to accept cash payments.

You will be required to wear your face covering when ordering at the bar or moving around the venue such as going to the toilet or getting to your table.

Order at the Bar, or use our app (don't worry if you can't, our amazing team will help).

Our team will be wearing face coverings at all times.

If you are drinking at the bar, no face covering is needed.

We encourage all of our guests to be respectful of other parties in our venues at all times.

SAY NO TO NO SHOWS

We are running at reduced capacity so every table we have really counts while we navigate this new normal. We ask you to make a booking only if you intend to honour it, or if your plans do change, just let us know.
